PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Yoga School is a 200-Hr Immersion program & personal journey for those looking to connect to a more complete system of yoga. We layer pranayama, mantra, meditation, mudras, and storytelling into each {sacred} Flow class and focus on these elements in our training. Because we are committed to enabling strong teachers immediately, your skills can be put to use working in the community, advocating for yoga in corporate environments, teaching in a studio setting, improving your personal connection to yoga and creating an empowered home practice.
Our program is unique. With over 70 combined years of teacher experience our faculty is some of the most experienced in Georgia. Yoga School is designed to make an immersion accessible for high-level professionals, caretakers & parents, artists, students and those who may traditionally have a difficult time with the intensive schedule of most trainings. We dive deep into physical alignment but weave in energy work, mantra, meditation, breath work, trauma-sensitivity, inclusivity, & service. Graduates have gone on to open studios, develop community programs, integrate yoga into schools & medical settings and change their communities! Our next training is in weekend format with sessions on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday nights and Saturday & Sunday daytime.

SCHEDULED DATES
Our program starts with an Online Foundational Training. This is a short, go-at your-own-pace course to level-set our group and introduce basic concepts and elements of yoga philosophy so that our weekends together can go deeper! Expect to spend about 4 hours of your own time studying with us online (at your own pace). You'll receive access to our online course in late November to allow you time to browse before our in-person schedule beings in January.
In Person Weekends run Wednesday, Thursday & Friday evening from 6:00-8:30P and 9A-5P on Saturday & Sunday. Wednesdays are a "grounding" and "gathering" day. We'll discuss readings, move self-study assignments forward, answer questions, and share our experience.
Each Wednesday we'll also practice within our community so that our trainees get a monthly example of the structure they are learning to teach.
Thursdays are virtual learning days with us meeting live on zoom.
Fridays are "teaching" nights - and when our trainees will be teaching and learning more about the methodology of teaching yoga.
Saturdays & Sundays are full learning days with a combination of lecture, conversation, practice, group work and hands-on experience.
